March at ROL Academy was packed with excitement and activity. We kicked off the month by hosting Mitch Cook, a talented wrestler of our own at the academy.. Mitch conducted two engaging wrestling workshops for both kids and adults, drawing an impressive turnout and leaving participants buzzing with new techniques and inspiration.
Adding to the month's highlights was the visit of Chris Wojcik, a renowned grappler from the B-Team. His NoGi workshop was a resounding success, providing valuable insights and techniques to eager participants. Moreover, we celebrated the achievement of another dedicated practitioner as we proudly added a new name to the Black Belt Mat of Fame.
In summary, March was an unforgettable month at ROL Academy, filled with learning, growth, and camaraderie. We look forward to more exciting experiences and achievements in the months to come.
